Our Promise

Quality guaranteed, IP protected.

NDA & IP Protection
All buyers sign a mutual NDA before sharing any design brief, tech pack, or artwork. Your IP is never shared beyond the assigned factory without written consent.
Our Quality Guarantee
If end-line inspection fails AQL 2.5, we halt shipment and rework at factory cost — no exceptions. Buyers are never asked to accept below-standard goods.
Tech Pack Compatibility
We accept tech packs in any format — PDF, Excel, CLO3D, or Browzwear. Our team works across all major buyer PLM and portal systems.

Sustainability & ESG

Responsible sourcing, by default.

Ethical sourcing isn't a separate programme for us; it's the baseline. We work with factories that have water treatment in place, energy reduction plans, and verified fair-wage practices — and we won't onboard a factory that doesn't.

For sustainable apparel programmes, we have direct relationships with GOTS-certified organic cotton mills, OEKO-TEX certified suppliers, and recycled fabric producers. Transaction certificates and chain-of-custody documents are available with every order.

Brands working under the Modern Slavery Act, UFLPA, or EU CSDDD due diligence requirements can request full supplier disclosure packages. Partner factories are reassessed annually, not just at onboarding.
